Returns & Refund Policy
At BRS Aluminium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or receipt

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hitusup@brsaluminium.com.au so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalised products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement product is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
