Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering high-quality 4WD vehicle parts to your door quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below for full details on how your order will be processed and delivered.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers, including Australia Post, TNT
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Heavy/Bulky Freight: 5–12 business days (depending on location)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can vary due to carrier delays, remote locations, or weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method (Standard / Express / Freight)
Heavy, oversized, or irregular-shaped 4WD parts may incur additional freight charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email or SMS.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once dispatched.
Shipping of Heavy & Bulky Items
Some 4WD parts require pallet freight due to size or weight.
For these orders:
- A physical address (not PO Box) is required
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery
- Tailgate delivery may incur extra charges
If the delivery address is unattended, re-delivery fees may apply.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We take great care in packaging your order securely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can lodge a claim.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by freight carrier
- Lost items due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
However, we will always do our best to assist you.
International Shipping
At this stage, we currently do not offer international shipping for 4WD parts due to weight and size restrictions.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays and additional fees.
